I was just wondering if anyone had a FamilyTalk plan with 2 iPhone's on it, and if so, how much is your monthly bill? I am thinking about combining my fiancee's iPhone (450 min + unltd. txt) with my plan (also iPhone 450 min + unltd. txt, i.e. get a FamilyTalk plan) but wanted an idea on if it was worth it financially. I know everyones plan is different but I am just looking for ball park information.

I apologize if there are other threads on this, I did a search but didn't find anything.

Thanks.

I have 2 iphones and pay about $160 total, that includes:
550 anytime minutes $50.00
data plan for iphone 1 $30.00
data plan for iphone 2 $30.00
family unlimited text/mms $30.00
2nd line $9.99

1) Plenty of threads on this
2) Add proposed cost of family plan (choose # minutes based on your combined usage) + $9.99 for second iPhone + $30 data plan (per phone) + cost of text plan (shared minutes - if you text, get the unlimited minuted) = monthly cost (add in taxes and fees)
3) Compare with your current costs.

New Family Plan:

59.99 mins + 2(30) data + 30 text

Total: $149.99

Old Individual Plan:

2 (39.99)mins + 2 (30)data + 2 (20)texts

Total:$179.98

Savings: $29.99

:)

if you do a lot of calls to other carriers, then the 1400 minutes will give you the 10 A-list numbers to be able to call other carriers, that will not take away minutes.
Will generate a lot of rollover minutes.

That is some good insight! I appreciate the information.
