Fan at high speed at startup iMac 2009

Hi,

I have iMac 2009 that after a few hours off, when starting the fan is in maximum rotation, but the normal temperature. With SMC and NVRAM, it works normal. But after shutting down and leaving a few hours off, at startup, the problem appears.

What can it be?
