So i have my fans running at a constant 4500 RMP, is this good or bad? i have them at this rate because i play games like diablo 3 and starcraft 2, at 4500 my gpu stays at 60 degrees, which i hear is quite good when gaming.

It should not pose any problems. 60°C is quite good for the GPU, it can handle 80°C+.
