Fan/Temp

I'm still new to Mac's I've had my Macbook Pro for nearly 3yrs. Anyways I'm nervous to install the Firmware update 1.3. As I've heard from a lot of people the update has crashed their mac. I know it has to do with the fans and temp.

My Mac book pro is running at 135 F at 2000rpm is this ok? Is it too overheated. Should I install the firmware I'm so nervous to install it just in case it breaks. Here's the rest of my specs...

That's perfectly normal. Up to 105C (221F) is safe. On your model the fans should hit 6000RPM somewhere around 70-80C (158-176F) with some delay between the temperature increasing and the fans ramping up. The update might have some affect on the ramp-up delay or some threshold temperatures.

Thanks for letting me know that the temps and fan rpm is normal. Well my motto is if it ain't broke don't fix it. So that's why I'm not sure if I should install it or not.
