fans on all the time in MBPro C2D?

is it true? i already ordered a mbpro but dont have it yet, previously had a pbook g4 1.25ghz that was silent and fans kicked in only when really warm, and had before that a pismo pbook, this one was like a tomb! i have never heard the fans on!

It's true, but most of the time you can't hear them. They never go below 1000 RPM.
