Fans spin and stop constantly on eGPU (5600XT)

Hi everybody!

I just got Sapphire Pulse 5600 XT card with Razer Core X eGPU case. While using it with MacOS (10.15.7, 13" TB3) is literally plug and play, something weird happens when I open any kind of a game (I tried Baldur's Gate 3 and Besiege so far).

Those games run fine on ultra settings, but the fans are constantly starting to spin and stop every few seconds. It really is annoying and sounds wrong. Here's the video which shows the issue:

Is this working as expected? Can anything be done with it?

I would prefer those fans to just spin normally, however I know that there are no AMD controls on MacOS. I have already resetted NVRAM/SMC, but the issue persists. Since this card has dual BIOS, it's set to a Performance mode.

I would really appreciate some advice as I don't really know what else I should do with it

Thanks for mentioning this.
However, since the card is properly recognized by the system and games seem to be running fine, I thought that this might be an issue with drivers within the MacOS (e.g. the fan curve)
