iPad Pro Fast charge questions

I want to buy the 30W fast charger for my ipad Pro 1st gen 12.9.

1- Can I always fast charge my ipad without impacting the health of the battery ?

2- Even if my iphone 7 doesn't support fast charge, can I still use this charger without causing any damage ?
