Fastest - Biggest - 7200 MBP compatible hard drive

I'm researching this myself. Best I've seen so far is HITACHI Travelstar 7K200 HTS722020K9SA00 (0A50940) 200GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA150 Notebook Hard Drive - OEM. This is on sale at Newegg for $199.99.

I'm looking to upgrade from my 100GB 5400 RPM on my MBP. I was thinking about the new WD Scorpio 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache because of how massive it is, but everything I'm reading points to what a great improvement in speed 7200 RPM is over 5400 RPM.

If anyone knows of a larger 7200 RPM 2.5" HD, please enlighten us!
