What's the fastest graphics card for cMP that has native support in Sierra, i.e., does not require any downloaded drivers or mods to any system files? If possible, separate options from AMD & Nvidia, please. And preferably working without using additional power from the SATA bays.

AMD RX 460 is a low cost, low power (but admittedly, not the fastest) option. No initial boot screen, but works very well with Sierra, no mods required. Runs off PCIe power alone.

Dont forget about the Quadro K5000 Mac Edition.
Its not quite as fast as a GTX680 but its a very nice card, uses only one pcie power cable, and has 4GB vram.
