Hi all, can you believe Apple hasn't done anything about this yet, even though they admitted that this problem has been consistently happening. Wow.
After calling an Apple Rep today, they said their usual schmiel and said they can't do anything about it and that it's a good thing I have Apple Care.
So, just wanted to start a survey on how many of you MacBook owners have had this problem and the hassle in replacing the HD. Asking for location because I wanted to know how spread out this problem. Apparently, the Apple rep told me that this problem might only be in my area, which is probably a blatant lie.
