Favicons in Safari?

How do I set favicons to on in Safari 15 on Monterey?

aren't they just there? i don't remember checking any boxes to show them, yet every site's favicon shows...

Thanks - no they don't - well they didn't....seems a couple (four to be precise) have automatically added the favicon...but others refuse to.

Ok, I guess it must be the fault of the websites and not Safari or macOS....it might populate in time haha!

Yes, favicons are automatically retrieved from the websites - if they provide them. However, most websites do.
