I'm not certain if this will be useful, but you could simply export the clips to 25fps, it isn't frame accurate, but will allow you to edit 24 into a 25 fps sequence.

i just shot a project with the euro panasonic dvx100 25P and although i know i can do a tape to tape PAL to NTSC transfer, I would think going from 25 to 24 and then to 30 would be easier and look pretty good. what do you think?
I think you might have to use Cinema tools and perform an action known as Inverse Telecine, which is the reverse process of going from Film based (24fps) to Video (25fps/30fps and all it drop frame flavours).
