FCPX & iMovie

Hi there,

With the lower price of FCPX I bit the bullet and got it, and so far it looks great!

I am wondering if I have imported all of my old projects from iMovie into FCPX, can I (and should I) uninstall iMovie?

I'd say you just leave it there. Unless you need more space or something

I was hoping to get some room (like about 40gigs) free from my previous projects (as everything was "copied" I'm guessing into FCPX's folders).

If I uninstalled iMovie for example with AppZapper, could I yield some space on the HD?

Why don't you just delete your previous projects (unless I'm missing something here).
