Care to explain a little further what's making you mad? Mostly it just seems like you're ranting for no reason right now. ;)

Not Mad

I'm not mad at all. My apologies if it seems so.
Frustrated? A little, but not much.

Ranting? I believe if one has something to say and it's a valid point it could be more than just blowing off steam.

My point is not about FEDeX but the misinformation coming from Apple.

If the package is really tied up in Fed-Ex, I totally understand how frustrating that is, but remember that Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, etc, are all variable from place to place... I've lived in places where each of those services worked well and where they worked poorly. Hope you get your things soon.

No, just ship dates keep changing.

The same thing happened to me. I was originally quoted a ship date of Aug 21-23. On the 24th I received an email stating my shipping would be delayed until 31st-Sept 5! Over a week longer.

I called Apple and they gave back a little to accommodate for the inconvenience. I received an email this morning that my iMac just shipped with a delivery date on or before the 30th.

One would think, after making the owners and investors of Apple wildly rich,
The Fans, Converts, Educators and Graphic Artists that spend a month's salary would not be treated with misinformation in shipping delays and
excuses.
I realize there is a huge rush when a new product is released but Apple knows this.
If you are not prepared to do the right thing Apple don't take people's very hard earned money and then mislead them.
Is this a riddle?
