It means it left the factory. Updates aren't instantaneous, so it might or might not be on its way to Anchorage, in which case it still has a long way to go to get to you. It's not impossible that you'll have it by Wednesday, but, if you don't see that it's in Anchorage sometime today, you probably won't see it until Monday. Sorry!

mine had a est delivery of 14-16 it dispatched on the 14th and was at my house on the eveining of the 15th, UNDER 24 HOURS!!! i wouldnt worry if i was you

it's hard not to log into apple.com/store every 15 minutes to see if the darn thing's gotten to alaska.

Use http://www.simpletracking.com/ to get more detail info than what Fedex or UPS provides. It's updated much sooner that Fedex.

Usually if it's crossed customs, it's gone into the hands of another UPS depot outside of China, and so it'll have another entry, so my guess is that at the time you looked, it had not yet cleared customs... but yes, def relax... I know how much it sucks to wait for packages, but think about how great it'll be when it gets there.

Tell it to me. When I was waiting for my Macbook I checked fedex every hour, freaked out when the fedex tracking didn't indicate that it was on a truck for delivery on the estimated date of arrival, and emailed apple, then waited looking out the window all morning. (Luckily I was free that day...)

Well, the package did arrive on the day they said it would, about three hours after I emailed apple. Come to think of it, I never did get a reply from them. I'm ridiculously impatient when waiting for packages.
