Crap, sorry... This thread can be ignored... When I restored from the backup, it was before I had installed the iOS 9 beta profile. So, no profile, no feedback app. Redownloaded the profile and all is well.

Well, it was helpful to me, thanks.

The Backup from iTunes deletes the ios9Beta Profile - Profile can be downloaded with ios9 as well
