Feedback Assistant language issue

After installing OS X Yosemite I have language issues with some applications.

Spotify menu texts and the Feedback Assistant is in Japanese or similar (unreadable) language! Which means that I'm not able to give any feedback on Yosemite at all.

Anybody knows how to fix that?
