When installing the iOS 13 Beta profile and Feedback is installed the "Other" storage fills to 40+GB in a matter of hours. This renders the device unusable. I've tried syncing with iTunes and several other methods but the "Other" storage never lessened. It pushes all photos, apps off the device and it must be factory reset. Anyone else experiencing this?

if the storage on a device ever gets filled, i believe it just deletes the caches and other temporary things. unless it’s constantly keeping itself completely full, it shouldn’t take everything off the device

The apps don't vanish, but I believe their usable space or configurations are being compressed and made unavailable. Upon opening Gmail, Hangouts or any other app they instantly crash. I assume someone somewhere has flagged my device for some log collection that's perpetually runaway. It compresses all storage on the phone to save more logs until the device is unusable.
