iPhone 6 Plus running 8.1.3 and the battery life is absolutely awful. I heard this was a very common issue but I have not really heard if 8.2 officially helps the battery life. So I am curious about that.

Two, again I am running 8.1.3, but charge time is INSANELY slow. I used to be able to charge this phone in no time...now I leave it on the charger for 15 minutes and it jumps maybe 3 percent. Any cause for this?

Something doesn't sound right. Either your charger or cable isn't right in some way or perhaps even the phone (or its battery) isn't right.

That said, many people didn't/don't have any battery issues with 8.1.3 or any other particular version, and at the same time, various people have mentioned getting battery life with 8.2 (just as a few have mentioned getting worse battery life, and others not really seeing much of a difference one way or another)--pretty much just like with any other update, everyone has a different experience to one degree or another.

What charger are you using? I noticed a significant decrease in charging time going from the iPhone charger (1amps) to an iPad charger (2.1amps). Even when using an iPhone charger it doesn't charge that slow unless I have the screen on and I'm using it while it is charging - then that sounds about right.

I'd highly recommend a 2+amp charger for your 6+. Anker sells some good 2amp chargers on Amazon --- or you can use an iPad charger.

Had a coworker using a 550mAh Motorola Droid 1 charger wondering why it took all day to charge his Note 3. Our phones have massive batteries and thus the charge time increases unless you increase the charge rate (1amp to 2+amps).
