Ok here they are:

1. I had a few video podcasts that i have susbried too in itunes, but then unsuscribed them. When i go into Frontrow > Videos > Movies, i still can see those video podcatss. How do i find the folder where front row takes its info from?

2. Is there a way to RUN front row without the machine turned on?

3. Is thre a way to turn on front row without remote?

4. How can i set the options to make which folder comes first / delete some of the menus in front row? Eg, deleting the "TV Shows" menu under "Videos"

5. Thank you all

1. Just because you unsubscribed doesnt mean you deleted them. Do a spotlight for them (but try deleting from iTunes?).
2. No.
3. Yes. System prefs-->Mouse & keyboard --> Keyboard shortcuts --> Change the Front Row one to something you can remember (like Command + Option + F for me)
4. You can't.
5. You're welcome :)

Thank you. Regarding the video podcasts, i did a search and found them on spotlight.

How can i search for the root folder of these files?
I can seem to right click, when i select them, Quicktime plays them

Thanks

Command - Click on them in Spotlight, that will open their enclosing folder.

EDIT: Alternate way: In Spotlight click "Show All', then right click on the item and choose "Reveal in Finder".

I think the default cmd-esc is quite easy to remember... ;)
