Most of the bloatware can be disabled. These include, AT&T Messenger, AT&T Navigator, AT&T hotspots, Google Play Music, Google Play Books, Google Play Movies, Polaris viewer, All Share Play, and Talk. There may be others that can be disabled as well but these are the ones that I disabled. If it does not give you the option to disable make sure you uninstall the update then disable. Also, turn off the auto update for the disabled programs via Google Play. I also turned off S Voice via the settings in the S Voice menu. Make sure that you go into the running programs in the app manager force close all the S Voice services. This should disable those services until the phone is rebooted. This will also help with available RAM. Not that the phone is hurting for RAM but the less running services the better for performance and battery life. I also don't use the Facebook widget and force close the Facebook services when not in use. Facebook & Twitter will kill your battery.
Just a few tips to help improve your phone.*Another cool addition is the Nova launcher and also Swiftkey as a keyboard. One aspect of the Nova launcher the ability to speed up the animation. This makes the phone feel quicker. Like Fake Clock Up but with many more options.
