ff·Works or Handbrake encoding option to match Apple TV store

Hello, I'm curious to know if anyone can help me achieve efficient compression/encoding of my Blu-ray (and DVD) files to match that of the Apple TV store. For example, a 2 hour movie in HD (1920x1080) might be 6GB and it looks fantastic.

If I wanted to achieve similar compression with the ff·Works app or Handbrake app, which settings would I want to use?
