Provided you have not used the disk since wiping it, Data Rescue II should be able to recover most of the files that were on the drive. If the disk has been used since wiping, there is a chance that the files you want to recover have been overwritten and are lost to the infinite void.

Yah, me and a freind over aim spent hours looking for a tool that would recover data. but me and my dad relized that the data on the machine wasn't worth 99$ that this program would cost. also i did a scan with it and it couldn't find the .mus files from MelodyAssistant that had all the musical compositions that I wrote down.
