Hello everyone,
I have 2 laptops, one is a macbook pro 2015 model with OS X and the other is a windows 10 laptop. I frequently travel with both and I was looking for a way to seamlessly share files between the two. I can't use any cloud drive service because my macbook is only 128gb and the mirroring feature is extremely obnoxious. I rarely have more than 10 or 15gb of free space on my mac. I was looking at a wireless external hard drive (http://www.amazon.com/Cloud-Persona...436301_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1454351902&sr=1-1) as perhaps the solution to my problem. Do these wireless external hard drives need to be formatted to a specific format as well (FAT32 v NTFS)? If so, is there any way for me to format it so that I can move files larger than 4gb between my mac and pc AND not have to use a third party paid driver? My overall intent is to travel with my mac and my pocket external configured for the mac, come home, upload everything to the wireless external, and be able to access it on my pc at home. What is the best way to accomplish this? Let me know! Thanks!
