iPhone File transfer program that doesn't need install to PC?

I want to do some file transfer stuff on my iphone from my work PC, but I cannot install software on it. Is there a file transfer program that runs from a stand alone .exe and does not need installed on to a PC?

Including Dropbox.

copytrans is another which you could run off a USB drive to sync between PC and iPhone.

i think iTunes drivers are required to make these applications work

i think those apps are based off of local networks. for businesses, every connection is usually isolated so they can't interact with each other

Filemaster. You have to be connected to the same network and then you transfer whatever you want via web browser
