Filemaker Pro users please help

Can anyone point me to the menu options which will allow me to export records from FileMaker Pro 15 into a merge file? (Merge is basically CSV but especially "liked" by my website for importing data). I know this is in there someplace. Alternatively, please point me to an active FileMaker Pro forum in addition to the Filemaker Pro site.
