So I have an ipad pro 2018, and I found out that the Files app can't natively play the [h.265 hevc 4:2:2 4k xavc hs] video file that I shot with my a7siii. With vlc player and nplayer, I can play those files smoothly, so its not an issue with general playback.

I was just wondering if there was some way to make the integrated video player in the files app to just play that video file?

I think I can select that file and do like "Open in VLC", but that requires clicking the Share button, then scrolling to select VLC player, and then it makes me leave the file app and go to VLC app, and then there is a delay for the video to play. Then going back requires me to swipe left with fingers, and then close the share window, and then pressing Done to go back to folder structure.

My use case is to quickly watch the video so I can organize the video into folders. It's a bit tiring to keep going back and forth between files app and vlc app to figure out where to sort the video. I was hoping I could just quickly play it within the files app and then just sort it. Like click the video file, it opens and plays the video, then I click done and go back to folder structure. Currently the file just doesn't play and shows the File name along with file size and "mpeg-4 video" or something.

Here is an example video file in case:

TLDR:
Question is if there is a way to natively play [h.265 hevc 4:2:2 4k xavc hs] video file within the Files App?
