"Files not found," customize for version 2.1

For 2g version 2.1 iphone, i can't seem to get customize 2.1 working. everytime i click on theme browser, it says, "Files not found, Customize could not find the required files to run offline. Go online and run Customize to update the files." ........Any ideas?

The same thing is happening to me on 3G 2.1. I have searched google high and low and haven't found an answer to this yet. Their site was down for several days, but is now back up and running. I am still receiving the error message though. Maybe a reinstall of Customize is in order, but not sure if it will help because Customize used to work under 2.1.
