Hey,
I have an issue with my Recents folder or Spotlight is not showing files. It's really random with what file locations and file types it fixed. There's some files in the same folder that don't show up and some that do, and there's some files with the exact same file type that show up and some that don't, not sure how to fix.
I'm on the latest Big Sur but have had this issue since Catalina.
I've tried rebuilding my Spotlight using the steps here multiple times:
