If I clone my encrypted drive with SuperDuper! Will it also be encrypted and will I be able to boot from it ?
Asking in case computer gets stolen and would want to transfer cloned drive to new one.

Not by default and perhaps not by doing what you'd think. (don't just format the drive encrypted)

Basically you have to do a normal backup, boot from it, create a recovery partition and then enable file vault.

This is for Carbon Copy Cloner but applies equally to Super Duper

edit: actually straight from the horses mouth for Super Duper, same dance
