I put chapter markers in my Final Cut Express movie, and when I import them to iDVD, it reads these markers for scene selections. But it puts an additional one called Beginning at the start of the movie, even though I've got my Chapter 1 marker there also. So I see Beginnig, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc.

Anyone seen this before, and have a workaround? Am I even asking this question in the right place?

I would double check and make sure your Chapter 1 marker is at the very beginning of the movie. My guess is that if it's several frames off, then a "Beginning" marker will show up in iDVD.
