Is there an option to have common commands, like split, Trim start/end, appear permanently on the GUI without having to use drop down menus whenever I want to use them, or of course without using keyboard shortcuts?

As as example I post a screenshot of what I am looking for, which exists on the Vegas series of editors.

190 people read this, I presume most of them Final Cut users. And no one knows if it is possible or not?
Interesting.

Hi, I read this but I’m not a Final Cut user. I thought I should let you know.
I don't know if you were kidding or being serious. Either way, you deserve a like. Thanks.

Rather than using the drop-down menu, it’s probably easier to learn the key shortcuts (B - Blade, T – Trim and so on)

As I mentioned in the original post, I am aware of keyboard shortcuts and I am looking for the icons so that I don't use them.
Thanks for the links though they are pointless in this "quest" of mine.
