You can bypass about 80% of it by ignoring one YouTube channel, and you won't be missing anything of substance

To cut it short. FCP exports H.265 3-4x faster now. Still slower than Davinci which hasn’t been updated yet.

23 min 4k clip to H.265 4k export. 10bit 4:2:2

FCPX 10.6.2 - 7min 20 secs
FCPX 10.6.1 - 28 mins
Davinci 17.4.6 - 6min 10 secs.

Thanks. Good Watch. I use compressor to convert my Davinci Prores exports to HEVC for final delivery. 10 bit 4:2:2 is really nice to have.
