final cut pro 4.2 chapters for iDVD

Hi I've been using FCP 4 for since january, and I still have yet to figure out how to export a movie to quicktime with chapters that iDVD will recognise. I read through the manuals but didn't see anything that would help. If anyone can tell me how to do this that wouldbe much appreciated.
 
In case anyone was wondering how to do this, i just figured it out. You set a marker (the button that looks like a house under the canvas) then click the marker button again and click add chapter marker and put the title you want the chapter to be in the name field
