Final Cut Pro 4 available June 14

I'm not sure if everyone knew this and I'm just late to the game. I was on the apple store and their ad banner at the top says it will be released on the 14th. Also, you can order now and have it arrive to you on the 14th. Wonder if it's 64bit compat?
