It's been a while since I did any video editing but plan on starting again in the spring. When I was doing my editing it was before I bought my Macbook Pro and was using Sony Vegas Movie Studio at the time. It wasn't too difficult to use and I became decently proficient with it.

Turn the clocks ahead and now I have my Macbook and would like to get setup with video editing again. While I could just use Vegas on a Windows bootcamp setup I am thinking about just getting Final Cut. Does anyone have experience switching from Vegas to Final Cut and can give me their thoughts and comparisons?
