Final Cut Pro for iPad: Issues Q&A

Got my first problem with Final Cut for iPad. I loaded videos from my Sony a9 and they show as broken. they play just fine in the Files app and show previews at the import window. File format shows as avc1.


Any advice?

That symbol indicates a missing plugin. You'll probably have to wait for Sony to make one available specifically for iPad. Why it works elsewhere, I do not know. FC for iPad will most likely use its own plugin architecture.
