CHICAGO!
I recently purchased DVD Studio Pro 4 and I already had Final Cut Express HD, which I have started to use in the past couple of months. I am by no means accomplished in either DVDSP4 or FCE, although I have made great strides. Today I received an email from Apple with an offer to upgrade to Final Cut Studio for $199.
(Final Cut Studio includes:
Final Cut Pro. Real-time editing for DV, SD, HD, and film.
Motion. Film-quality motion graphics with drag-and-drop ease.
Soundtrack Pro. Precision audio editing. Powerful sound design.
DVD Studio Pro. Professional DVD authoring in SD or HD.)
Do you all think this would be a good deal for me, or not? I am seriously interested in and eager to learn and "master" video editing and DVD authoring, but more for personal/family projects. I have no intention of getting rid of my iMac G5 within the next 3-4 years and this offer is for the universal version of the software. Any input will be appreciated! Thanks.

Sounds like it is a great deal and I'd do it if I could and were interested in making movies. ;)
