My contract ends 7/16/11 with Verizon, so when it ends i'll wait like 2 weeks than switch to AT&T for the Iphone that comes out in June. I figured i'll just wait it out with Verizon and not pay the 300 dollar ETF that verizon charges. I'm just sick of waiting for it to come to Verizon, i'm switching to AT&T next year.(I know it's over a year away haha)

me to im finally getting a iphone can anyone tell me if my logic is correct here i go to at&t store by the iphone the 2yr contract agree to the data plan and all that if i dont update the phone or anything just use it normally than after the first month or so i call at&t customer service and tell them that i want to switch back to my old phone have the data plan removed from my bill unlock/jailbreak the iphone switch back to it and everything will work flawlessly and now i dont have to pay for the data plan.
That date is about 17 months away... Why would you bother posting this?
For all we know, there could be a 5th (yes I meant fifth) version of the iPhone announced by the time your current contract finishes if Apple sticks to how they have for the last few years.
