finally got around to opening my new SR macbook pro

i picked up the 15" 2.2 on tuesday at the apple store. got the printer and the ipod. easy money on ebay.

the screen is beautiful! the backlighting seems so much more even than the previous gen. i've messed around with it for about 20 minutes and it feels very solid. one thing that bothers me though is the left side of the lid is higher than the right side when it is closed.

man... if it were me I'd have ripped it open inside of 2mins! Then again, this will be my first Mac so I couldn't POSSIBLY be more excited!!!
