Finally some GREAT eartips for BFP - JVC SpiralDot ++

Apple hates my ears. On both APP and BFP, I'm in between M and L eartips for one ear, while L eartips almost-but-not-quite seal my other ear.

I tried Comply foam tips - which do fit and seal fine, but of course they're expensive, don't last long, and take some effort to get in and out of the ears. And they don't play well with the charging case.

I tried CharJenPro but they're S-M-L are smaller than Comply's so they were a non-starter for my ears.

SpinFit CP360s were my go-to for a while, as their L and ML sizes were perfect. (Hey Apple, since you're a "premium" brand, how about 5 sizes of eartips instead of everyone else's 3?) But something about their sound put me off. And the fit was always a little fiddly, IMO due to the smoothness and softness of the silicone material used.

I stumbled on these JVCs, and all I can say is OMG, where have these been? Same Goldilocks sizing as SpinFits. Perfect material (grippy but still easy to insert/remove, some stiffness yet still enough yield). Easy to achieve, reliably comfy fit that seals perfectly every time. Sound has a little more low-end vs. all the others, highs are clear without harshness, and mids are good. Pricey bit so very worth it!

I wanted to say THANK YOU for mentioning SpinFit cp360 tips. I realize your thread is about the JVC, but I looked at both and saw that SpinFit comes in an XL that is paired with a L, and I like that they are clear, and less $, so I gave them a go and I LOVE them. Size L in my left ear and XL in right ear finally gives me the fit I need. Thanks again.

After three years of AirPods Pro and their proprietary tips, it’s a treat to have other options for my BFP (and yet another reason I like them better than APP, except the case of course, lol).

And XL still fits in the case if anyone was wondering.

To be clear, JVC's 5 sizes are pretty much 1:1 for SpinFit's 5 sizes.
