I've owned a series 1,2 and now 3. The first two I wore for a few weeks then gave up on them, I found them to be bug ridden, and the over all experience quite frustrating.

But this new series 3 LTE I've had for almost a week and its almost flawless.

I keep third party apps to a minimum (mainly heart and exercise related) and everything is working well and Im actually enjoying wearing it.

Have others here had a similar experience with the Apple Watch since series 1?

I just upgraded from SS series 0 to SBSS series 3. I really enjoyed the series 0 in spite of its flaws. It did what I needed it to do. However, I am totally delighted with my series 3.

Thats awesome. I love it. Series 1 & 2 as a watch for telling the time and iOS notifications were fine, but in terms of 3 party apps they frustrated me.

I have to agree. I wore my S0 everyday since it was released and was always a big fan, I just dealt with the issues understanding it was a first generation product. BUT the S3 is so much improved in every way that matters. It's a joy to use now and find myself using it for way more tasks than I did on the S0.

If you say the other AW were bug ridden isn't that a software issue and not hardware? Couldn't you have just update the AW2 to the current software? Yes I did see you said you have the LTE version now...

Series 3 was worth the upgrade for several reasons but Siri might be the best. Very responsive and quick to respond to emails and dictation from Bear.

The explorer face was a great add. A simple upgraded face that Apple should do a lot more.

I never had an glitches/issues with the first generation Apple Watch and even with the first version of watchOS. I never used any third-party applications and the stock applications worked exactly as intended. And I primarily just use my Apple Watch for fitness and communication, which worked excellent as well. And some of my first generation Apple Watches work with no problem still today.

Where the first generation Apple Watch struggled the most was with speed. But obviously that has been improved throughout the Series.

I sold it well before the LTE version was released.

When I’m alone and use my watch for reminders I love that Siri talks back to me. And I use reminders on my watch ALOT. Usually along the lines of “Hey Siri, add ______ to my _______ list”

I really need to get into the habit of using siri in that way. I tend to set my reminders manually, I never think to use Siri.

I've been wearing non stop (other than charging of course) absolutely loving it. And I love the fact I can drive down the road without my iPhone or wallet and use Apple Pay and make phone calls and SMS. Its fantastic.

Yeah, third party apps were the worst experience.
