It certainly does, you can use it in local mode, record, save, view, delete
all within the app

note, don't confuse with "ustream recorder", which is only for the 3gs, it's "ustream broadcaster"
that also works with non 3gs :)

Thanks for clarifying as I even admitted I might be off....I thought it was only to stream what was going on around you at the time. Nifty! Too bad I have and like cycorder
 
Winterboard kills my iPhone, so I erased it. I'm still keeping it jailbroken because these apps simply are nowhere as good as Cycorder. At all.
