Well, ever since I really got to use a Mac my Jr. Year of HS, I started to get a liking for them. Since then I have been an intermittent user, until finally I met the right girl for me :D ...Along with that, her parents have 7 Macs. This summer was pretty awesome, getting to use their Macs and drive their Jeep everywhere...

Point Being...

Introduced to Mac in HS,
Met the Right Girl for me...Parents have loads of Macs
Finally decided to quit pussing around, and ordered a Mac :D

It should be here On Thursday, with my Ram coming on Wednesday...

I ordered:

PowerMax-
1.83 MB, Combo...Etc.
BT Apple Pro Mouse, No Mighty Mouse for me, heard bad things...even from
the lady that took my order.
RadTech Case, My GF's iBook's surface is marred up :(
Mini DVI-DVI Connector, for my Kick ass Sony...

New Egg-
G.Skill DDR2 PC5300...I heard some good things. 2 Gigs worth.

Apple Care to come later...

Finally, I have a MB to call my own.

Cool, not exactly a question for this forum, but good for you.
More important than the tools, is your friend. Meshing with somebody is more than hardware and software compatibility.

Had a Jeep when I lived in the mountains. Loved it. It doesn’t work any more. Had a woman I thought I was going to be with forever, she's gone. The Mac I had then died a month after I was whacked on my bicycle by a car. I have a new Mac, am dating my best friend (have known her for over a decade), and I take the bus to work.

Point being, enjoy the memories. There will always be newer better technology. Relationships change because people grow. Memories there great as long as one never dwells in the past and shoots to make new ones.
