Asking this for my mom (I can't figure it out either)...three related problems:
1) If she logs into appleid.com, when she logs in, it shows 503 Service temporarily unavailable. It's been doing this for 2 days. It also does the same thing if she logs in to iCloud.com.
2) Sometimes over the last 2 days, a log in to appleid.com works, she can view her account info etc., but clicking on "Devices" shows "Unavailable - try again later."
3) I am normally able to track her iPhone from my devices with Find My, but if I use Find My to track her devices on my phone now, it says "No location found". I can see my wife's devices fine.
I have not seen her devices (iPhone and iPad) in person since this started, but they appear to be working - she is sending and receiving emails fine. Also, she does not have 2FA activated on her apple account, and never has - yet things have worked fine until now. Not sure if that matters or if something has changed. I did update her devices to iOS/iPadOS 15.5 last week, just from the prior release.
Do you have any ideas what might be wrong? I even tried logging in on her account from my computer and I get the same results - 503 error.
