iPhone Find my app and finding someone

Hi

my immediate family all used to use find my friends to keep track of each other.

Find my iPhone was used by my wife to make sure her elderly mum was ok. She would sign into her iCloud account using the find my iPhone app (with her mums permission) to help find missing devices (left it on a bus again🙄) anyway with find my iPhone gone. How do you do this?

separate question how do you add people to the new find my app?

Find My works just like Find My Friends...and it should already be set up with the way you had it previously.

You'll have to go to iCloud in settings to check and change the other stuff you mentioned.
