Find My delays? (Feb/Mar 2023)

Anyone else notice that Find My - on some/most devices - is very delayed?
Example - from my Mac, half of my devices show last seen between 5 minutes ago and hours ago, even though they're online, right next to me.

This has been occurring for at least the past month.
