Find my friends alternative

If I am correct find my friend cannot use a different Apple ID then iCloud account on device.
If so I need alternative similar app, reason being me and wife use same Apple ID, Looking for app that can send notification on both device on arrival and left for a specific locations like home, work or school.

I think I got a work around, find my friends know emails me location but time zone is wrong.
How can I change the time zone in the email I receive from find my friends, currently it shows PST as you can see in the email pic but need Eatern time zone?
