Admittedly, I haven't spent a ton of time trying to figure it out yet, but I have my phone and my wife's phone on the same apple ID and when I try to set up find my friends, it uses the apple ID to target the device. This only lets me use one or the other (defeats the purpose of using it because I'll only use it so my wife can see where I am when riding my bicycle) Do I have to put her on her own apple ID? Will this mess up all my app/music downloads and sharing?

With everyone using multiple iOS devices, what have you found to be the best method for sharing content and not getting the ID in the way? I have read there are ways to share content and use different IDs. This, however, will mess up our ability to share a photostream....

This is hard. My head is beginning to hurt. Awesome features but cannot figure out the best way to utilize them.

I sort of have the same issue. Wife and I share 1 account but each have a phone, but always have to use email address since its registered with the credit card and when she downloads songs or apps i also get them.

Is there a way for her to keep her email and I use another email but when she purchases stuff I can also get them so that we dont have to pay for it twice.

I would love to hear an answer.

Sign up for two iCloud accounts. If you already have one on your device, then just turn it off, and instead of putting your address in, choose the option to create a new one.

As pointed out: Use two iCloud accounts.

iCloud is not the same as iTunes. You can share the iTunes account but have seperate iCloud accounts.
