Find my i Phone won't work on one phone

I can't seem to get Find my iPhone to work on my wife's phone. Or specifically, I can't locate her phone. I have no problem locating my phone, daughter's phone, dad's iPad or my iPad. But for some reason, I can't locate my wife's phone.

From her phone, she can also locate everyone, except herself.

Is there a setting I may have missed?

Only ones that spring to mind are making sure location services are on, and that find my iPhone is switched on in the account settings. I think the latter may be off by default when you add a MobileMe account.

It is running on iOS 4.x I assume?

Both are on. Which is why I have no idea why its not working.

4.3.? Not sure if it running the latest, but close.

I guess I need to visit an Apple store.
